We have a range of kneaders that are suitable for kneading small doughs and large ones. The shape of the spiral arm is designed in such a way that it rotates along the tub and fits perfectly into the divider in the center of the tub. The spiral kneaders have stainless steel tubs and security racks. They are also supplied completly with stainless steel sprial.

The dough is kneaded in a respectful way. Which means that small quantities or weak doughs are also possible for the spiral kneader.
